REGISTRATION INFORMATION
It’s hard to believe that the beginning of CFSC’s 2007 - 2008 season is around the corner! We are looking forward to another fun and productive year on the ice.
Registration Dates (held at the Clinton Arena)
Friday, September 7 .........................6:00-8:00 pm
Saturday, September 8...................10:00 am-noon
Monday, September 10....................6:00-8:00 pm
Registration will also be accepted at any regular session of the club,
or you may phone 735-5539.
One-half of the total fee is due on the day of registration. The balance is due
by Nov. 15, 2007. All payments not received on time will result in loss of ice privileges and a $10 per month fee until payment in full is made.
Note: Class schedule may be subject to change based upon numbers enrolled.
All membership applications are subject to board approval.
